We offer a warm and friendly welcome to our family home. Enjoy the quietness and unique location of this beautiful 125year old farmhouse. Situated on the waterfront and surrounded by 90 acres of farmland. While enjoying breakfast, enjoy the breathtaking views of the sea and the Kaikoura Seaward Mountains. 4km's from Kaikoura town, and on the road to the seal colony. Directions: From North: From Blenheim take S H 1 for 129kms and turn left into the Kaikoura town centre, drive through town, past the information centre and continue for a further 4kms. We are the last house (on the right) on the road to the seal colony. From South: From CHC take S H 1 for 183kms and turn right into the Kaikoura town centre, drive through town, past the information centre and continue for a further 4kms. We are the last house (on the right) on the road to the seal colony.
