1 - Prices valid from 01 October 2007 until 30 September 2008.
2 - All bookings not made locally should be reconfirmed with our office the day before departure. Auckland (09) 358 0259, Bay of Islands (09) 402 7421.
3 - Fullers reserves the right to alter prices, cancel departures, arrange alternative transport, itineraries and services when necessary. Fullers shall not be held responsible for any property loss or damage and/or any damages resulting in death or personal injury which may arise whilst on tour or when utilising any other service provided by Fullers agents. Departures and itineraries are subject to sea and weather conditions.
4 - Where another company or persons operate the tour or cruise, Fullers is acting only as Sales Agent. Responsibility and liability for the operation of the land and sea transport lies with that operator.
5 - We do not permit smoking on board our coaches but regular stops are made.
6 - Entry fees and meals are not included except where stated.
7 - All prices stated are in New Zealand Dollars and include 12.5% Goods and Services tax.
8 - Children's fares - Under 15 years. Infants under 5 years no charge when not occupying a seat (this excludes Dolphin Adventures where a child fare applies), however please advise sales staff when an infant is travelling.
