For cancelled bookings or no shows, the following percentages of the appropriate wholesale level will be charged. This depends on when the booking was cancelled relevant to the scheduled departure as detailed below.
Outside 24 hours no charge
Less than 24 hours prior to departure 50%
After scheduled departure 100%
